 James Van PuttenVink - President 

James owned and operated a successful landscaping business prior to joining the financial services industry, and understands the many challenges faced by many small business owners. He attended Bergen Community College and Ramapo State College in New Jersey. James is active in coaching and supporting local youth sports, and lives in Wellington, Florida with his wife Sandy, and their three children.                   

    Robert W. Lester, MBA, CRPC® - President

Robert is a U.S. Air Force veteran and former military dependent. Born in Japan, he spent most of his youth living in Japan and Germany. He began his securities career with Shearson Lehmann Hutton in 1988. He received a B.A. from the University of Maryland, and received an MBA from West Virginia University. Originally from West Virginia, Robert enjoys sports, theatre, writing and collecting playing cards. He lives in Lake Worth Florida.

He holds an A.A. in Communications, a  B.A. in Personnel Management, and a Masters Degree (MBA). He began his career with Shearson Lehman Hutton in 1988 and currently resides in Lake Worth, Florida.
